Lief in motion
Sixteen stances of TripNord’s snowboarding arctic fox — the official mascot motion library. Hover any card to freeze the pose.

New poses & emotes
Fresh artwork built from the authentic icon head — same face, new bodies. Layer-grouped SVG; the newest are fully rigged, with limbs animating inside the file.
Gemini pose studies
Generated from the reference artwork — marketing-grade studies, not production assets. Green = on-model keeper; amber = regenerate with the corrected prompt (tools/lief_gemini_batch.py).

¹ Generated as “Rocket-air” but reads as a neutral standing pose — adopted as Idle. Known drifts on this sheet: white goggle frames (should be charcoal), missing boots, chest sash rendered as a bib.
Prompt v2 — on-model singles
Generated one-at-a-time with the tightened contract — the full 14-pose set, every one on-model, and every one alive: each pose carries its own CSS micro-motion and scene effects. Hover a card to freeze it.

Set notes: the singles run a touch stockier than the chibi reference — consistent across all 14, so it reads as an intentional “expedition build”; pick one canon at vectorising time. Booking Confirmed’s passport carries generic PASSPORT text — swap for a TripNord travel doc in the vector pass.
Scene studies
Poses in context — great compositions, but this batch drifted into an outlined storybook style (line art, wandering goggle colours, missing sash). Kept as composition references for the illustrator and casual marketing, not as brand art.

One stance per view, matched to the moment: Carve for heroes, Thinking for AI work, Victory Wiggle for confirmations, The Welcome for empty states. Every animation respects reduced-motion — Lief holds a friendly still pose instead.
